After going through the painful experience of having a kidney stone removed, it’s essential to take care of yourself and your body. One of the best ways to do So, is through stretching and exercise. But what kind of stretches and exercises should you do after having a kidney stone removed? It’s a common question that many people have, and it’s essential to understand what type of stretching and exercise is beneficial for your body during this time.

You’ve survived a PCNL for kidney stones. But now the question is, what should you do next? It’s important to remember that your body has just undergone a major procedure, So, ease back into your routine with gentle stretches and exercises. One great place to start is with stretching like a warrior. Yes, you read that right. Channel your inner warrior and practice some yoga poses that focus on stretching your lower back and hips.

If you’ve recently undergone a PCNL for kidney stones, it’s time to say goodbye to those pesky kidney woes that have been plaguing you for far too long.
